Which payment options are available?

You can choose between the following payment options in the checkout:

  • On invoice via Klarna
  • Immediate bank transfer

You can enter a discount / or coupon code in the discount code window throughout the checkout process. The voucher will then be deducted from your shopping cart.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, there are several brands above which we will cover your shipping costs. These are communicated in the upper black banner.

Can I still cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time by calling or emailing us.

Has my order already been shipped?

If you order in the Oberwerth Shop, you will receive a separate e-mail with your tracking data after your order has been received.

As soon as you receive this mail, your order is in our shipping department. You can now find more details in the tracking data.

Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation and your tracking data separately by e-mail in each case.  In addition, you can register on and view your order in your customer account.

Where does Oberwerth deliver to?

Within the legal limits and specifications, Oberwerth delivers worldwide.

How is international shipping handled? / Customs fees?

Since Oberwerth ships worldwide, customs duties are incurred in some countries. You will be notified of these separately by the courier and invoiced when your order arrives in the destination country. Please check with your local customs office to find out how much the fee will be.

For shipments within Europe and to the USA, you will not be charged any customs fees.

Can I order as a guest?

I have received an incorrect order - What to do?

We are extremely sorry if you have received an incorrect or defective item from us. Should such a case ever occur, you can contact us by phone or email and together we will find a solution that will leave you completely satisfied.

How long can I return items?

You can return an item purchased online to us within 14 days of receipt.

How do I return items?

You can return your items undamaged within 14 days after receipt to the following address:

Once we have received your items, we will process your return and you will be refunded the full purchase price via the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.

Is there a warranty?

After expiration of the 2-year legal dealer warranty, Oberwerth offers you a lifetime warranty on your Oberwerth bags.

However, you must first register this within 8 weeks of purchase on our website at the following link: Product Registration

Oberwerth gives a 5 year warranty on Half Cases. In order to claim this warranty we need your original proof of purchase in case of damage.

How do I register my bag for the lifetime warranty?

You can register your Oberwerth bag directly on our website up to 8 weeks after purchase: Product registration

Fill out the form and you will receive a registration confirmation by email. Once you have received the confirmation, your bag will enjoy all the benefits of our lifetime warranty.

You can perfectly pre-define the right bag using the filter function on our website. Pick the parameters that come into question for you and as a result you will get a suitable Oberwerth product in the right size, color and shape.

How do I apply for the Oberwerth Pro Team?

You are welcome to apply to join our Pro Team and become an Oberwerth Ambassador. The best way to do this is to send us an e-mail to with your online appearances and a brief description of yourself. We will forward your e-mail internally to our marketing department, which will contact you as soon as possible.
